The General Assembly is the highest governing body of the Association and will be made up of all associated persons.

Currently the General Assembly is made up of 43 members. It meets in ordinary session twice a year to approve the strategic plan and the budget, to know and approve what is collected in the activity report and to know the state of accounts. In extraordinary convocation, it elects the members of the Board of Directors.
