Due to the situation generated by COVID-19, currently the Reception process is carried out by telephone assistance.
You can call 618 393 847 or 913 118 153 from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
You cannot go to the center in person, only in case of previously making an appointment.
Host service
We offer an open house to all the people who come to Puente de Esperanza with the aim that they can feel heard, respected, oriented and informed.
Our welcome project
- People who have been in Spain for three or more months. Every day in the morning there is a talk on social skills at 10.30 which must be attended. After this talk, people sign up at the center.
- People with DNI or NIE. People register directly at the center by presenting their documentation.
- People interested in Spanish classes. They enroll in the center regardless of how long they have been in Spain.
- People with three months or less in Spain. They receive a welcome talk and general orientation on practical matters when settling in Spain. This talk takes place every day in the morning and in the afternoon, between 11:30 and 17:30. The registration form will be made when they have already been in Spain for three months and have made the social skills talk.
